For-profit events, such as guided trips where participants are charged a fee must be posted on the Message Board. An example of this would be the trips or pool sessions run by H2Outfitters or MIKCO. Note that if an ineligible event is posted on the Event List, we reserve the right to move your posting to the Message Board
Although our trips are for members only, we welcome, on a one time basis only, those who are not members and who would like to see what SMSKN is all about before making the decision to join. SMSKN meetings are open to all. Non-members are welcome. If you have any questions about the organization, the meetings are a good place to have them resolved.

Our Message Board is available for use by anyone, not just SMSKN members, for exchanging paddling-related information, buying or selling boats or equipment, or for posting trips and other paddling-related announcements that can not be posted in the Event List.
